The amusement park which was almost completely empty and we went up to it by funicular – it was fun georgia vacations.
She went to Mother Georgia by cable car.
We swam in the river.
We fed dogs by recycling bottles (cool idea).
We toured with a small tourist minibus around Tbilisi with a guide who gave explanations in georgia vacations.
We walked through the alleys of the old city.
In the evening we were at a folklore restaurant with music and Georgian dancers – special and beautiful.

Hotel Piazza – excellent location, 15-room hotel, rooms of all sizes, including breakfast, very helpful staff – highly recommended.
A hotel recommended for families in Kazbegi
Hotel sno – a luxurious hotel!!! When you enter the room you feel like you are entering a palace.
Our family room included a huge living room, beds for children, a kitchen with sink, refrigerator and microwave, double toilets. Includes breakfast, the hotel has an indoor pool, heated to about 27 degrees.
A hotel recommended for Borjomi families
Paradise Hotel Borjomi – great hotel, we got large family rooms, excellent breakfast, located about 10 minutes walk from the park.
A hotel recommended for families in Kutaisi
Hotel sani – the hotel is in the back and small, located in an alley parallel to the main street, very cheap accommodation, spacious and clean room, breakfast with extra charge, it was definitely enough for us.
Important information about Georgia:
Georgian sim
Buy at the exit of the terminal (on the right), of the Magti company. We bought a SIM only for data, 5 GB for 15 Lari. If it runs out, you can recharge more on the same SIM. The SIM is valid for two weeks.
Money exchange in Georgia
When you leave the terminal there is a series of changes. choose the best gate. Even in Tbilisi there are quite similar gates, so you can convert some and if you need more – convert in the city.

We really liked Lilo Market. There is everything you want (and what you don’t…) everything, and the prices are ridiculous.
Weather in Georgia:
We had excellent weather, only in Kazbegi and on the military road were we cold. In the rest of the places we were mostly wearing a short shirt and a top.
Getting around in Tbilisi
Bolt app is great and recommended!!! You should download from the country, and set up a cash payment.
In conclusion
Family vacations in Georgia The people in Georgia are lovely!!! we have not encountered any attempt at fraud/theft or anything like that… Simple, welcoming and pleasant people!
We have no doubt we will be back there again! Georgia is stunning! Best georgia vacations.
